Press Release: Almost, Maine

“It’s love, but not quite…”

The play, “Almost, Maine”, will be presented by the Lanesboro Community Theater Feb. 27-March 8. It’s a sweet look into the lives of the residents of a small, mythical town in Maine called “Almost”. The play is full of laughs and heart. Each of the nine scenes happen at the exact same moment in time  – around nine p.m. one winter night. The cast consists of nineteen characters in love, in search of love, or fallen from love, all under a star-filled night sky.

 

There will be five performances of “Almost, Maine”. The first weekend (Feb. 27 and 28 at 7:00pm) will take place at the Chatfield Center for the Arts. The second weekend (March 6 & 7 at 7:00pm, and March 8 at 2:00pm) will take place at the St. Mane Theatre in Lanesboro.
